GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Driver’s License (EU Citizens): A valid Driving License held for at least one year, is required, and the driver must be at least 23 years old.
2. Driver’s License (non-EU Citizens): A valid International Driving License held for at least one year, is required, and the driver must be at least 23 years old.
3. Minimum Rental: One day.
4. Traffic Fine: Tickets and attached administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law, during rental period are borne solely by the renter.
5. Insurance: All authorized driver’s FABRIKA’S vehicles are covered against fire, theft, and liability, to third parties (excluding passengers in FABRIKA’S vehicles) for death, injury or damage to property.
6. Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.): The Hirer can waive his responsibility to the amount of 480,00 euros by paying the amount of 10,00 euros for all categories. For the exclusive categories, the responsibility of the Hirer can be waived to the amount of 900,00 by paying 25,00 euros, provided that the damage is not caused by violation of the Traffic Regulation Code.
7. Taxes: All rates are subject to 24% VAT.
8. Gasoline: Gasoline consumption is payable by the renter.
9. Ferrying the Car: An advance written authorization from FABRIKA’S is required.
